金沢駅構内の白山蕎麦
Soba or Udon Noodles at Kanazawa Station
金澤車站内的蕎麥麵和烏龍麵店

日本の駅に欠かせないのが立ち食い蕎麦。ここは金沢駅構内の白山蕎麦。

インフォメーションセンターの近くにあります。

You can find small noodles shop at most of train stations in Japan.

They are usually a standing fast foods style.

Here is the one at Kanazawa Station called “Hakusan Soba”.

“Hakusan Soba” is located near the information center.

這裡是站著吃的麵條店。在於金澤車站内詢問台附近。

自販機でチケットを購入

Choose your noodle and purchase its ticket from the vending machine.
首先在自動販賣機買餐卷。

かき揚うどん、470円なり。蕎麦好きの私ですが、ここではうどんがお気に入り。

This is my “Kakiage Udon”, 470 yen.

Usually I like Soba more, but in this place I like Udon more…
這是炸什錦烏龍麵，470日元。

百万石まつり
Summer festa The Hyakumangoku Matsuri
百萬石夏季遊行活動

金沢の例年の百万石祭りです。1583年、前田利家が金沢城へ入城した往時を再現しています。
6月の第2土曜日は祭りのハイライトである百万石行列が執り行われます。

The Hyakumangoku Matsuri is the main annual festa in Kanazawa, Japan. The festival commemorates the entry of Lord Maeda Toshiie into Kanazawa Castle in 1583. The highlight of the festival is the Hyakumangoku Parade, which begins on the second Saturday in June.
每年6月第二個星期六有回顧16世紀前田利家的百萬石遊行活動。

16世紀当時を回顧し、前田利家とその家来に扮した参加者らが街を練り歩きます。

The Hyakumangoku Parade reenacts the entrance of Lord Maeda Toshiie and his entourage into Kanazawa. The participants are dressed in 16th-century period costumes and parade around several city blocks.
穿成當時古裝的人們，呈現出優雅氣氛。

金石餃子
KANAISHI GYOZA Dumpling
金石餃子

久しぶりに金石餃子に行ってきました。

One of my favorite Gyoza dumpling at KANAISHI GYOZA.
我比較喜歡的餃子，金石餃子。

葛きりとキャベツの炒めと胡瓜と玉子の炒め。

相変わらず豪快です。

中華はやはりこうでないとね。

They also have Chinese menu.

還有些中式料理。
