何も言わずに席について下さい。

Just enter the restaurant and find your seat and sit down there without saying anything.
一句話都用不着說。
 

女将さんがお茶とおしぼりを出してくれます。ご主人は調理場で腕をふるいます。間もなく昼定食が供されます。

Hot tea and “Oshibori” will be served by the madam.　Her husband is a great Japanese cuisine chef.After for a while your lunch dish will be brought to you.
老闆娘供你熱毛巾和綠茶，老闆在廚房烹飪。
 

 

ランチメニューは一つだけ。だから何も言わないで良いんです。

金沢駅構内の白山蕎麦Soba or Udon Noodles at Kanazawa Station金澤車站内的蕎麥麵和烏龍麵店

 

日本の駅に欠かせないのが立ち食い蕎麦。ここは金沢駅構内の白山蕎麦。

インフォメーションセンターの近くにあります。

 

You can find small noodles shop at most of train stations in Japan.

They are usually a standing fast foods style.

Here is the one at Kanazawa Station called “Hakusan Soba”.

“Hakusan Soba” is located near the information center.

百万石まつり Summer festa The Hyakumangoku Matsuri 百萬石夏季遊行活動

金沢の例年の百万石祭りです。1583年、前田利家が金沢城へ入城した往時を再現しています。
6月の第2土曜日は祭りのハイライトである百万石行列が執り行われます。

The Hyakumangoku Matsuri is the main annual festa in Kanazawa, Japan. The festival commemorates the entry of Lord Maeda Toshiie into Kanazawa Castle in 1583. The highlight of the festival is the Hyakumangoku Parade, which begins on the second Saturday in June.
每年6月第二個星期六有回顧16世紀前田利家的百萬石遊行活動。

 

16世紀当時を回顧し、前田利家とその家来に扮した参加者らが街を練り歩きます。

The Hyakumangoku Parade reenacts the entrance of Lord Maeda Toshiie and his entourage into Kanazawa. The participants are dressed in 16th-century period costumes and parade around several city blocks.
