Izakaya Musashi - Best Lunch in Japan applauded by the U.S. Tour Group

I just received e-mail from Prof. Huang who brought 8 American university students and other 3 Professors to the field work in Japan last month.

 

Prof. Huang says in his e-mail "By the way, we had the best lunch in the place you took us to. If you go there again, please tell the lady there that we wish every place we had lunch in Japan would be as good as hers."

IZAKAYA MUSASHI near Nakayasu Ryokan

IZAKAYA MUSASHI is located in the center of Kanazawa, but bit off the beaten track.

 

 

However this Izakaya is always full of local people.

 

This is Today's OTOSHI.

 

 OTOSHI is a paid Appetizer

A lot of restaurants and bars in Japan will automatically serve you a small appetizer when you are first seated. This is a custom dating back many generations, and although you have to pay a small charge for this dish, consider it instead of a tip, which is not expected or usually even accepted.

居酒屋 MUSASHI むさし

 

一家餐廳叫MUSASHI むさし。

雖然離市中心稍微有距離，但是這裡天天坐滿當地人。

 

 

 

中午的套餐也不錯！

大概一人份為800～1000日元左右。

 

晚上叫酒，就有小菜上來。

在日本居酒屋等提供酒類飲品的地方，

就座后馬上上來小菜，

這叫做"otoshi" ot "tsukidashi"。

 

蘆筍沙拉

日式漢堡，醬汁很好吃。
顔色鮮美，沾點蛋黃又不同的味道出來！

居酒屋 むさしMUSASHI Izakaya-Bar居酒屋MUSASHI

繁華街からちょっと奥まったロケーション。

それでも平日の夜は仕事帰りの近隣サラ―リーマンで満席になる。

 

It located very close from Nakayasu Ryokan, only 1min. walk.

Many businessmen go to MUSASHI after 5, they really love this bar.

這裡離中安旅館走路1分鐘就到。提供既公道又超好吃的家庭料理。

 

 

 

料理の水準は高い。料理の種類も多い。

調理している姿を見ていると、ここの主人も本当に料理が好きなんだろうなぁと感じる。

 

やはり和食がメインだが、ちょっとした洋物、中華などもある。

 

お昼のランチも美味しい、と言うかお勧めだ。

 

偏って申し訳ないが、今回はとんかつと焼きそばのみ紹介させて頂く。

 

だが、この店のとんかつは特筆に値する。

 

私は個人的には金沢一美味しいとんかつではないか――と思っている。

 

They serve many kinds of dishes. Except for Japanese dishes, you can also enjoy Western and

Chinese dishes.  I especially love their pork cutlet, I think it is the best of all Kanazawa.

除了日本料理外，他們同樣提供西餐和中餐。我覺得這裡的炸豬排是全金澤最好吃的。

 

 

 







三種類の焼きそば、塩焼きそば、普通の焼きそば、あんかけ焼きそば。

いずれもそこら辺の中華よりも美味しいではないか。

 

くれぐれもお願いするが、この店は和食の居酒屋。

魚料理、野菜料理などをまず注文されることをお勧めする。

 

They have 3 kinds of different teste Chinese fried noodle. If you are 3 person togeher, why don’t you try them and shere each oher!?

如果你們3個人在一起旅行，不妨點3种炒麵來分一分，可以享受不同的幸福味道！
