大正時代の鉄工所跡の建物を利用した「ひらみぱん」

 

This is the Casual French Restaurant named Hiramipan.
They reused the iron factory in 100 years before. 

 

這裡是法國餐廳HIRAMIPAN。

其建築物是100年前鋼鐵所裝修後利用為餐廳的，

相當有風格。

せせらぎ通り商店街と呼ばれる路地にあります。

お昼のランチも美味しいですが、夜もリーズナブルなカジュアルフレンチを提供してくれます。

 

They offer nice lunch, and also you can enjoy their dinner course.

 

這裡提供的午餐也非常好吃公道，但晚餐也很有情趣。

金澤雖然日餐有名，但偶然吃點西餐也不錯呢！

 

 

店内は暖かい落ち着いた雰囲気です。

 

 

ディナーにはアラカルトとコースメニューがあります。

コースメニューは2500円、3500円、5000円、お腹と相談して決めましょう！

2500円コースはスープ、前菜盛合せ、パン（おかわりOK）、デザート、コーヒー

3500円は前菜は盛合せでなく一品だけですがお肉料理がプラス。

5000円はさらにお魚料理も加わります。

兼六園の雪吊りPreparation for winter in Kenrokuen park兼六園冬天的準備

 

 

 

毎年１１月１日、兼六園では冬を迎える準備が行われます

 

There is an annual event  for preparation towards winter in Kenrokuen park on every 1th Nov.

 

每年11月1日，在兼六園進行迎接冬天的儀式。

 

 

 

 

たくさんの人が見守る中、雪吊りの作業が進んでいます

 

This event called YUKITSURI, (literary means snow hanging).

We have heavy snow falls during winter, in order to protect the branches of the pine trees,  skillful gardeners use ropes attached aroung the tree branches.

 

這個儀式叫【吊雪儀式】。因為金澤冬天下很多雪，怕雪的重量壓壞了漂亮的松樹形狀。

因此用繩子包圍樹枝，不讓雪直接壓迫樹枝。

沿著淺野河，小巧居酒屋，叫梅之橋。

 

 

 

食事をしてから行ったので、軽く秋の風味。マツタケの土瓶蒸し。

他にもメニューが豊富です。また次回、レポートします！

 

I went here after dinner, so I ate Matsutake mushroom hot pot tonight.

There are many menu here, I will report at a later date.

 

今晚我吃了晚餐後過去的，所以我只點了松茸湯。
