ナマステのオーナー、柳沢マコトさん。彼のおもてなし術は世界に一つ。港町横浜で育った彼、バックパッカーとしてさまざまな国を訪れ、特にインドに感銘を受けた。帰国後、彼なりのおもてなしでゲストと接したいと切望し、ゲストハウス・ナマステをオープンさせたそうだ。

Hospitality of Namaste is either not the hospitality of Kanazawa or the hospitality of Japan. It is the hospitality of Mr. Makoto Yanagisawa. He grew up in Yokohama, a unique international city of Japan and traveled all over the world especially in India when he was young.

老闆柳澤先生長在港口城市橫濱, 長大后作爲背包客到過很多國家, 尤其對印度印象深刻。
回國之後, 他要以他自己接待客人的方式來迎接外國朋友們, 因此就開了NAMASTE了!

Foodstuffs I bought half price of regular one at the basement of M’za department store.

You can often buy nice foods at half price after 7pm.

食事後は皆でお皿を洗う。
 Everybody cleaned up the dishes.
吃飯后, 大家一起洗碗呢。

 

金沢で心を割って話し合える数少ない僕の友達。マコトさん、いつも有難う！感謝してるよ。

He is one of the few with who I can be myself and talk to freely in Kanazawa.
I appreciate his hospitality a lot!

これは塩蕎麦 、シンプルな塩味で頂く。
　　　　　　　　　　店の雰囲気は素晴らしく、モデルさんのような女将さんである。

This is “Shio” Soba - Soba with simple salt sauce.

I like the atmosphere more than their Soba taste.

這是鹽巴味道的蕎麥。店裏氣氛非常好, 老闆娘太漂亮, 像是位模特兒呢！

山代温泉・瑠璃光Yamashiro Hot Spring Rurikou山代溫泉琉璃光

 

山代温泉では有名な瑠璃光。昼食と温泉にお招きいただいた。露天風呂が最高だった。外国からのゲストにも多く訪れてもらいたいと思う。
 

RURIKOH is a well known hot spring cuisine Ryokan in Yamashiro Onsen area.

I was luckily invited for their lunch and hot spring.

I love hot spring, especially the open air hot spring.

I want foreigners to enjoy Japanese hot spring and cuisine as well as we do.
山代溫泉有名的料理溫泉餐廳-琉璃光。這裡露天溫泉太棒了!

I like their Italian dishes, especially the pasta.

宇多須神社UTASU SHRINE宇多須神社

宇多須神社は東茶屋街にあります。

This is my pop in shrine called “Utasu shrine” in Higashiyama Chaya district.
在於東茶屋街的宇多須神社。

神社やお寺にはおみくじをよく目にします。
This is Omikuji, random fortunes written on strips of paper at Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples in Japan.
 日本神社、寺廟有看到很多求籤。

大吉、中吉、小吉、末吉、凶、大凶！貴方の今の運はいかに？
The omikuji is scrolled up or folded, and unrolling the piece of paper reveals the fortune written on it. It includes a general blessing which can be Great blessing, Middle blessing, Small blessing, Blessing, Near-blessing and Curse.
你今天的運氣如何呢?

運を確認すると木の枝に結び付けて帰る人が多いです。

People usually tie it up to a tree or ropes prepared by a shrine after reading it like the photo.
看完后, 大家把求籤綁在樹枝后去。

二の字NINOJI BAR二之字 日式酒吧

 

金沢でも一風変わったバー。着物姿の女性がお酒を作ってくれる。1930年代に戻ったような感じ。過去に遡ったような不思議な体験ができる！

 

 

This is the most weird bar I have ever been in Kanazawa.

Woman in Kimono always stands in front of this spot garden and makes your drink.

I feel as if time-tripped to 1930s or even before.

I recommend you go there anyway and enjoy the very exotic Japanese atmosphere.

感覺回到1930年代日本的，非常獨特氣氛的酒吧， 穿著和服的服務小姐給你調酒。

卯辰山Mt. Utatsu卯辰山

 

市内からすぐ、気軽に登れる山、卯辰山。

It is quite in the center of the City and easy to climb up.

我們一起爬山吧!!

 

石川門や兼六園から徒歩10分の天神橋。

Tenjinbashi Bridge – 10 minutes walk from the Ishikawamon gate or Kenrokuen Garden.
 石川門、兼六園走路徒步10分鐘就來到天神橋。

 

卯辰山は普通ここから登ることが多いです。30分ほどで山頂。

This is usually a starting point to climb Mt. Utatsu. You can reach the top of mountain in 30 minutes or so.
卯辰山大概從這裡開始爬，大概爬半小時就到山上！！
