金沢のレンコンはモチモチ感が高く美味しい！

これは治部煮ね。

鴨肉（鶏肉）に小麦粉をはたいて、いろんな野菜と

だし汁で煮ます。汁の浸みこんだお麩も一緒。

 

雪深い金沢。お料理も身体を温めるものが多い。

そして心安らげる人と一緒に食べると、更にほっこりする！

 

This is "Jibuni", ingridients are duck or chicken coverd by flower,

some vegetables and some bread-like pieces of wheat gluten.

they are boiled in good soup. It makes your body and heart very warm!
