日本の正月料理New Year's foods過年吃什麽？

 

本日は12月30日

 

2012年も残り1日か・・・。

正月を嬉しい気持ちで迎える人ばかりじゃないよな・・・

なんて思ったりもする。

逝く年を想ってちょっとメランコリック。

  

 

さてこの時期、せっかく日本に来た外国人の皆さん。

日本の正月料理、ちょっとだけ紹介しておこう。

I'd like to introduce some Japanese traditional new year's foods.
It would be different depend on the area,

but there are some certain kinds in it. 

 

今天12月30日，首先向各位拜早年！

借此介紹一下日本的年菜喲！

 

 

おせち料理。その内容は地方によってさまざまだろうけど。

吉祥の象徴であるエビ、数の子、

いくら、紅白かまぼこ、田作り、黒豆、たたきごぼう。

代表的だよね。

 

Look! They are very beautiful!

And they also have each happy meaning.

EBI, Robster: Respect old people (cause it looks like a bent-over old people )

KAZUNOKO, Herring roe: Prosperity (represents fertility)

KAMABOKO, Red & White fish minced and steamed: Lucky

(Red & White is the lucky color in Japan)

TAZUKURI, Dried sardine:  A rich harvest

(pronunciation of tazukuri and rich harvest are same )

KUROMAME, black beans: Diligent

 (pronunciation of MAME and diligent are same)

TATAKIGOBOU, burdock: Steadiness (burdock's roots are very stable)

 

你們看！多漂亮呢。其内容因地而異，但有幾個缺少不可的。

蝦子﹕看起來彎腰的老人家，因此尊敬老人家的意思

魚子﹕世世代代繁榮的象徵

紅白魚板﹕在日本紅白代表最吉祥的顔色

煮好的小魚﹕其叫做“田作”，代表五穀豐收的意思

黑豆﹕豆子發音“MAME”， 意思是勤勞工作

牛蒡﹕牛蒡的根在地下非常鞏固

 

 

 

 

それからお雑煮。

家のお雑煮は鶏肉だしの醤油味。

各地では白みそだったり、丸餅だったり、豚骨スープだったり。

お雑煮の旅も楽しそうだ。

 

And you can't forget this ZOUNI.

My home ZOUNI is chicken soup

and have some vegitable like spinach or some green one.

 

There are many kinds of them,

like Miso Soup, Pig bones Soup and so on!

 

But "MOCHI (rice cake)" are absolutely necessary in ZOUNI!

 

還有年糕湯。

我家一般用雞肉作湯，放了些菠菜等綠色蔬菜。

日本有些地方是味曾湯，有的是排骨湯。

 

但缺少不可的就是年糕呢！

 

 

 

因みに我が家の今年のおせち。

おまけは私の作った年越し蕎麦。

迎える年の健康と長寿を祈って、心を込めて作りました。

 

And this is the year-crossing noodles.

I made it by myself!

My family said it is the best noodles in the world　(*^_^*)

People eat noodles on 31th Dec.

Hope the coming new year would be also healty and long life.
